Our warranty covers all Cannascape products sold directly by Cannascape or Planetary Design or sold by its authorized re-sellers.
- 5 Year Limited Warranty on Stainless Steel vessels
- 2 Year Limited Warranty on Parts and non-Stainless Steel Products
Cannascape stainless steel products are designed and engineered to be the most durable and best performing stainless steel tumblers, personal presses, French Presses and Airscapes® that you can possibly experience. We are so confident that you will experience years of enjoyment that we guarantee every Planetary Design product with a limited 2-year warranty on all non-stainless steel parts and a 5-year warranty on the stainless steel body for all defects in workmanship and material.
Normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Our other exceptions to this warranty are commercial use and inadvertent or intentional abuse beyond intended normal use of the product (ex. dropping the product, driving over it with your vehicle).
If you believe that you may have a warranty claim, please read the following:
If your product was damaged during the shipping process, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the damaged product and we will provide a replacement unit of like color and size, assuming availability. If a like replacement product is not available, we will replace it either with a like product but different color or a unit of greater value.
If you purchased a double walled, stainless steel vacuum insulated product (French Presses, Travel Presses, Tumblers, Camp Cups) and you believe that your unit has lost its vacuum insulating properties, please test it first by pouring hot water in the unit, filling it to the top. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then carefully place your hands on the unit. If the unit feels very warm or hot to the touch, you have verified that the unit has lost its vacuum insulating properties. This is considered a manufacturer’s defect and the unit will be replaced if still under warranty.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from PlanetaryDesign.com, you can return the item or items that you purchased for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Products must be received by Planetary Design in the condition in which you received them for a full refund.

APPLICABLE LAW
